										General description:
										This property has belonged for many 
										years to an owner living in Switzerland 
										who has bred numerous champions on this

										The stud farm is at an average altitude 
										of 180 metres above sea level and allows 
										the horses of any livestock to find good 
										grass both earlier and later in the year 
										than many other places in Europe.
										These 55 hectares are divided into 12 
										parcels of which 10 are enclosed, and

										exploitation building, 80 x 35 m, built

										-20 boxes with sliding access doors onto 
										an inner corridor of which 8 have double 
										access (onto an inner corridor and onto 
										an exterior yard).
										-440 m2 of ceiling (on which fodder is 
										stored) serving as a hayloft over the 
										boxes.

										to be fitted out as a riding indoor

										This building can easily house 80 
										horses.
										The boxes with dimensions 3,5 m x 3,5 m 
										are equipped with automatic protected 
										drinking troughs, feeding-troughs and 
										sliding walls, which allow them to be 
										cleaned out using a tractor and 
										modulated acccording to needs.
										
										There is also a building 20 x 12 m with 
										two floors, available to be fitted out. 
										There are also several little rooms 
										which can be used as sheds/garages along 
										one side of the interior yard.
										
										A lodging house with three living 
										quarters, 2 flats with three bedrooms 
										and a partially renovated studio in the 
										attic, is to be found on the property.
										
										There is easy access to the A6 autoroute 
										whose entry is 3 minutes away by car. 
										You can soon be in Paris, Lyon, Geneva, 
										Basle and of course Dijon. The small 
										town very close, has a national railway 
										station (SNCF) and a pleasure port can 
										be found a few kilometers away on the
