The distribution of hot water is built
of perfectly insulated copper pipes and
that of cold water of galvanised pipes.
All the pipes passing in the casings and
under a false ceiling are perfectly
insulated.
Heating :
The building has its
own heating room comprising : boilers,
circulation pumps, gas burner with
automatic control.
The heating is composed of a bi-tube
system with radiators with regulating
water-gates plus thermostatic
water-gates on the south façade.
Hot water :
The hot water is general and is
distributed by a completely automatic
combined boiler. All piping both
horizontal and vertical is insulated and
under slabs.
Covering :
On the bare slab an oiled paper is put
plus Vetroflex compressed by 2 cms.
Asphalt covering of 4 cm to 6 cm
thickness destined to receive a coating.
Woodwork:
The doors and interior woodwork are in
treated natural wood (Mahagony)
Plastering -Painting:
The living room, the bathrooms (3) and
the ceilings are covered with original
“Spatolato Veneziano” realised by
Venitian work masters.
Marbles:
The bathrooms, the dining
room floor, the imposing fireplace
columns are faced with precious marble

The covering of the different roofs is
